multi-property deal includes several brand debuts and expands Marriott’s
footprint in the region. Among the key highlights are the first-ever
Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Sri Lanka, Marriott Hotels & Resorts in Varanasi,
Courtyard by Marriott in Mundra (Gujarat), and Moxy Hotels in Pune. The
agreement also includes a dual-branded property in Navi Mumbai, combining JW
Marriott and Moxy.
Ventive
Hospitality, a premier division of Panchshil Realty, is renowned for its
visionary approach to hospitality development and asset management. Known for
landmark projects in Pune and the Maldives, the company emphasizes sustainable
practices and curated luxury experiences. All seven properties are expected to
open in 2030.
The
signing ceremony was attended by Rajeev Menon, President, Asia Pacific
excluding China, Marriott International, and Atul Chordia, Chairman and
Executive Director of Ventive Hospitality Ltd. Other senior leaders present
included Ranju Alex, Regional Vice President, South Asia, Marriott
International; Ranjit Batra, CEO of Ventive Hospitality; Kiran Andicot, SVP of
Hotel Development, Marriott International; and Milind Wadekar, EVP Finance and
Investor Relations, Ventive Hospitality.

Pottuvil,
Sri Lanka – Ritz-Carlton Reserve
This
ultra-luxury retreat on Sri Lanka’s pristine eastern coast will feature 73
expansive villas nestled between the Indian Ocean and a coastal lagoon.
Surrounded by mangroves and rich biodiversity, the Reserve will offer refined
dining, a signature spa, a Marine and Wildlife Centre, and curated cultural
experiences. Access is possible via a scenic six-hour drive from Colombo or by
seaplane.
JW
Marriott Navi Mumbai
Located
just 10 km from the upcoming D.B. Patil Navi Mumbai International Airport, this
hotel will offer 450 elegant rooms, a JW Garden, five dining venues, and 2,000
sqm of flexible event space. Wellness is central to the experience, with a Spa
by JW, outdoor pool, and a modern fitness center.

Debuting
in one of the world’s oldest cities, this hotel will offer 161 sophisticated

This
200-room hotel will serve both business and leisure travelers near Mundra Port
in Gujarat. Features include an all-day dining restaurant, Café & Bar, spa,
outdoor pool, fitness center, and spacious banqueting facilities. The nearest
commercial airport is in Bhuj, approximately 1.5 hours away.

Planned
as a 264-key hotel in a mixed-use development project, this property will
feature Bar Moxy, two meeting rooms, and a fitness center. Designed as a

agreement reflects Marriott’s commitment to expanding its portfolio in the
