Tourexpi
The
search for great food has become one of the key reasons to travel. According
to Hilton’s
2025 Trends Report, nearly one in five global travelers prioritize culinary
experiences when planning their trips, with 50% of them making restaurant
reservations even before their flights. Younger Gen Alpha and Gen Z travelers
in Asia Pacific are also increasingly involved in vacation planning for their
family, with 87% of them actively contributing to making decisions such as
selecting dining destinations.
Recognizing
this growing interest, Hilton properties across South East Asia are elevating
dining experiences with innovative culinary concepts that celebrate classic
flavors, local ingredients, and refined cooking techniques.
As
the saying goes, we eat with our eyes too. Whether you’re lounging by the beach
or enjoying the city skyline, Hilton serves up a feast for the senses, with
curated interiors and stunning views that heighten the culinary experience in
some of the region’s most sought-after travel destinations.
An
Ingenious Gastro-Cocktail Experience at East47, Conrad Singapore Orchard
Set
within Conrad Singapore Orchard’s acclaimed Manhattan Bar,
the newly launched East47 bar redefines the boundaries of mixology
and culinary craftsmanship. This intimate 12-seater pays homage to New
York’s famous studio, The Silver Factory, and the vibrant art scene of the
1960s.
Embracing
bold creativity and forward-thinking ingenuity, East47 features an
ever-evolving menu of lively cocktails and creative food pairings that take the
concept of cocktail gastronomy to new heights. Must-tries include the Cosmo
Marilyn, a playful twist on the classic Cosmopolitan in tribute to “Marilyn
Diptych”, an iconic silkscreen painting – and best enjoyed when paired with
the Chawanmushi, a tea-infused egg custard topped with fresh Hokkaido uni.
There’s also the smoky SBAAAAAM!!, a bourbon cocktail fat-washed with
yoghurt and popcorn. Inspired by bold comic-strip art, this cocktail channels
pop art’s exuberant energy and pairs perfectly with Wagyu, a composition
of hanger steak, Béarnaise sauce, and pickled onions to deliver a rich medley
of savory, smoky, sweet, and buttery flavors.
With
an expertly crafted menu and striking interiors to match, East47 invites guests
to experience the essence of an artistic culinary universe.
