that descend from lush mountains to the sea or tour the island by bicycle along
a scenic coastal road.

The
hotel’s 196 guestrooms, which include 18 spacious suites, boast natural
materials such as wood, marble and rattan with calming coastal colors and
locally inspired details. Many rooms feature a private balcony with captivating
beach or mountain views, while an array of upscale amenities, including HDTVs
and capsule coffee machines, ensure every guest’s comfort.
Dining
and Social Spaces
The
hotel’s all-day restaurant, Alley 36, tantalizes tastebuds with authentic
flavors of classic Min cuisine alongside local seafood, celebrating organic,
seasonal ingredients. Meanwhile, Min Bar offers panoramic sea views
and a lively rooftop atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy craft
cocktails and fine wines from an extensive beverage menu, and indulge in
charcoal-grilled bites and live-shucked oysters.
At House
of Music, a unique social hub featuring a meticulously curated collection of
vinyl records spanning a wide range of genres, guests can relax with drinks and
light bites during the day while playing their favorite tunes on vinyl records.
In the evening, the tempo picks up with live band performances and locally
inspired cocktails.
In
addition, an outdoor rooftop infinity pool and a well-equipped gym provides
inviting spaces to recharge after a busy day of exploring.
