Delta Honored for Best Airline Staff Service in North America at 2025 Skytrax Awards

Delta Air Lines has been named Best Airline Staff Service in North America at the 2025 Skytrax World Airline Awards, held during the Paris Air Show.

The prestigious accolade is based entirely on global customer feedback and recognizes the airline’s dedication to delivering warm, attentive, and people-centered service.

“This award is a heartfelt tribute to the Delta teams who give their best to our 200 million customers across 5,000 daily flights,” said Matteo Curcio, Delta’s Senior Vice President for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. “We’re deeply honored by this recognition from Skytrax, a benchmark for excellence in our industry.”

Skytrax CEO Edward Plaisted emphasized that the award reflects more than operational performance: “It’s about the personal connection customers feel when they fly with Delta.”

This marks the fourth time Delta has received this award, reinforcing its ongoing investment in customer experience. From fast, free Delta Sync Wi-Fi for SkyMiles Members (in partnership with T-Mobile) to enhanced onboard amenities and elevated service training, Delta continues to raise the bar in customer care.

The Skytrax award adds to a growing list of recent honors, including Delta’s recognition by APEX as Best Global Airline for the Americas and accolades from The Points Guy.
