Nammos Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Smokva
Bay to develop Nammos Resort Montenegro, a fully integrated luxury lifestyle
destination on Montenegro's Budva Riviera. Set on the Adriatic coast just ten
minutes from the iconic island of Sveti Stefan, the project will combine
premium accommodation, branded residences, fine dining, wellness and retail in
one of Europe's fastest-growing luxury destinations.
Designed to celebrate the spirit of the Mediterranean,
the development aims to establish a new benchmark for luxury hospitality and
residential living while showcasing Montenegro's dramatic coastline and natural
beauty.
Luxury resort inspired by the Adriatic
The resort will comprise 117 accommodation units,
including 47 hotel suites, 61 branded residences and nine branded villas.
Inspired by the coffee-coloured stone, rugged coastline and cultural heritage
of Montenegro, the residences combine contemporary Mediterranean architecture
with Greek influences, creating bright, open spaces that maximise natural light
and panoramic sea views.
Natural materials, sculpted architectural forms and
seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living are central to the
design concept, reflecting both the character of the Adriatic coast and the
distinctive identity of the Nammos brand.
Every aspect of the development has been designed to
embody the relaxed elegance, vibrant atmosphere and personalised service for
which Nammos has become internationally recognised over the past two decades.
Dining and lifestyle experiences throughout the resort
The culinary concept extends well beyond the brand's
renowned beachfront restaurant. Alongside the signature Nammos Restaurant,
guests will find several complementary venues catering to different occasions
throughout the day.
Nalu will serve Mediterranean cuisine from breakfast
through dinner, while the Ilios Lounge will offer cocktails in a contemporary
social setting. A rooftop pool bar overlooking the Adriatic will complete the
dining experience with signature drinks, light dishes and sunset views.
A contemporary Mediterranean village
At the heart of the project, Nammos Village will
reinterpret the traditional Mediterranean village as a modern destination for
shopping, art, wellness and social experiences.
Beyond the resort, guests and residents will have
access to hiking and mountain biking trails through the surrounding landscape,
together with curated wellness programmes and outdoor fitness activities
designed to encourage exploration and a closer connection with nature.
Additional facilities will include a spa, fitness
centre, swimming pools, private dining venues, family experiences and exclusive
beachfront amenities.
Preview ahead of the official opening
Ahead of the resort's planned opening in 2029, guests
can already experience the brand through a seasonal Nammos Restaurant pop-up
overlooking Sveti Stefan.
Operating throughout the 2026 season, the venue offers
open-air dining, panoramic Adriatic views and the signature Nammos beach
experience, providing an early introduction to the lifestyle concept that will
define Nammos Resort Montenegro.
