Taiwan Tourism Administration (TTA) will showcase the
destination at the NATAS Travel Fair in Singapore from March 27 to 29, 2026.
With an expanded Taiwan Pavilion, the tourism authority aims to strengthen
Taiwan’s visibility in one of its most important Asian source markets while
presenting new travel experiences for the coming year.
Singapore remains a key visitor market
Tourism exchanges between Singapore and Taiwan
continue to show steady growth. According to TTA, about 1.35 million travelers
from Singapore visited Taiwan between 2023 and 2025. The figures underline
Singapore’s importance as a high-value inbound market.
Strong air connectivity supports this demand. Multiple
direct flights connect Singapore with several Taiwanese cities, making the
destination easily accessible for short-haul trips. Travelers can explore a
wide range of experiences, from culinary discoveries and cultural attractions
to nature-based activities and seasonal events.
By participating in the NATAS Travel Fair, Taiwan
Tourism Administration aims to engage directly with Singaporean consumers and
further strengthen awareness of the destination.
“Taiwan 100 Ways” concept highlights diverse
experiences
The Taiwan Pavilion at this year’s fair will revolve
around the creative concept “Taiwan 100 Ways,” presenting the island as a
destination with countless possibilities for exploration. The idea emphasizes
the diversity of experiences Taiwan offers – whether travelers are interested
in nature, cultural heritage, vibrant city life or a slower-paced lifestyle.
Taiwan’s travel experiences extend throughout the day
and across all seasons. Visitors can start the morning in traditional markets
and breakfast stalls, spend the day exploring cultural sites and landscapes,
and end the evening in the island’s lively night markets or entertainment
districts.
Cultural performances and interactive workshops
To bring the “Taiwan 100 Ways” concept to life, the
pavilion will feature performances and interactive activities designed to
immerse visitors in Taiwanese culture.
FOCASA Circus, Taiwan’s first professional
contemporary circus company, will present a performance inspired by the
island’s rhythm from early morning to late night, including swinging ladder
acts and juggling.
Visitors can also take part in creative cultural
workshops that combine traditional craftsmanship with modern design. Activities
include weaving bookmarks inspired by Indigenous costumes, sustainable paper
art and mosaic coaster making.
Taiwan invites visitors to explore the destination
Through cultural performances, hands-on workshops and
destination presentations, the Taiwan Pavilion will offer visitors a glimpse of
the island’s rich and diverse travel experiences.
With strong flight connections, a wide range of
attractions and steady interest from Singaporean travelers, Taiwan continues to
position itself as an appealing destination for leisure, culinary and cultural
travel.
