Radisson
Hotel Group is accelerating its expansion in France with four new signings,
bringing its national portfolio to 34 hotels in operation and under development.
The openings strengthen the Group’s position in both luxury lifestyle and
upscale segments, supported by strategic partnerships with Covivio and Byron
Gestion.

Banke
Opera Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel – opening Q3 2026 after a full
renovation of the historic 1907 building, featuring 90 rooms, a Belle Époque
façade, and a Gustave Eiffel-designed staircase.
Radisson
Blu Hotel, Paris Roissy CDG Airport – 305 rooms opposite Terminal 3, opening
end of 2025 with a full upgrade in 2026, including 1,500m² of meeting space,
wellness facilities, and an indoor pool.
Radisson
Resort Cannes – beachfront property in Cannes La Bocca, opening 2026 as an
urban resort with 100 rooms, outdoor pool, landscaped gardens, and direct sea
views.
Hôtel
Beaux Arts Bourges, Radisson Individuals – 52 rooms in Bourges’ historic
center, set to open 2027 ahead of the city’s designation as European Capital of
Culture 2028.
Expanding
footprint
The
Group’s presence in Île-de-France will increase to 11 hotels with 1,700 rooms,
while Cannes and Bourges mark new destinations. Additional French projects
include Hotel & Spa Amoria La Baule (2025), Maison Rivoli Paris, Radisson
Collection (2027), and Radisson Blu Hotel, Triangle Paris (2027).
Recent
openings such as Cour des Loges Lyon, A Radisson Collection Hotel, Radisson Blu
Montpellier, and Le Relais de la Malmaison, Radisson Individuals underline the
Group’s commitment to growth in France.
