Goa made a striking impact at ITB Asia 2025,
presenting its distinctive Regenerative Tourism model that weaves together
sustainability, culture, and connectivity. Under the theme “Goa – The Gateway
to All Possibilities,” the Department of Tourism, Government of Goa, engaged
with leading international partners to build strategic collaborations and
strengthen Goa’s visibility on the global tourism stage.
A Delegation Focused on Sustainable Partnerships
The Goa Tourism delegation included Shri Kuldeep
Arolkar, Managing Director, GTDC; Shri Rajesh Kale, Deputy Director of Tourism;
Shri Deepak Narvekar, Deputy General Manager (Marketing/Hotels) and PRO, GTDC; Shri
Nivrutti Parsekar, Superintending Engineer, GTDC; Shri Amar Heblekar, General
Manager, GFDC; and Shri Vishesh Naik, Senior Manager, GTDC.

Commenting on Goa’s participation, Hon’ble Minister
for Tourism Shri Rohan A. Khaunte stated:
“Our presence at ITB Asia 2025 has opened new avenues
for Goa to engage with global tourism leaders and foster meaningful
collaborations. It enables us to attract quality tourism, diversify source
markets, and position Goa as a year-round destination offering authentic,
value-driven experiences. Through such platforms, we reaffirm Goa’s identity as

Director of Tourism Shri Kedar Naik underscored Goa’s
