Radisson Hotel Group today announces Career Fest 2025,
its largest-ever career festival designed to celebrate growth, learning, and
opportunity in hospitality. Running throughout October 2025, the hybrid event
will engage more than 75,000 team members and future talent across 105+
countries.
A unified, expanded format
Building on the success of previous editions, this
year’s Career Fest combines internal and external activations into one expanded
program. The initiative underscores Radisson’s commitment to investing in
people, championing diversity, and setting new standards in talent development.
Global programme of activities
Participants will benefit from workshops, Q&A
sessions with hotel general managers, leadership talks, CV-building clinics,
industry trend discussions, and on-site hotel tours. All
activities align under three strategic pillars:
·
Find your passion: connecting talent with meaningful career pathways
·
Develop your career: offering resources, tools, and workshops for growth
·
Inspire to take the next step: sharing success stories from across the
Group
New for 2025: Career Spaces
This year introduces a new Career Space digital hub,
providing Radisson employees with direct access to career tools and
opportunities, alongside a career site for external candidates. The platform
highlights Radisson’s Employee Value Proposition through four themes: Build a
Great Career, Live the Magic of Hospitality, Experience the Team Spirit, and Lead
with Your Ambition.
Celebrating people, globally
With a workforce spanning 142 nationalities across
more than 1,580 hotels, Radisson will deliver Career Fest both virtually and
through tailored local activations to maximize engagement.
Iñigo Capell, Executive Vice President and Global
Chief People & Resources Officer, said:
“Career Fest is our opportunity to inspire the next
generation and showcase why Radisson continues to be the employer of choice. We
want to provide the tools people need to thrive while highlighting the unique
culture of our Group. It’s about helping everyone find their passion and own
