Marella Cruises has announced its summer 2027
programme, featuring brand-new destinations and the return of popular
favourites. Among the highlights is Marella’s first-ever call at Sarandë,
Albania, a debut for the cruise line on the Albanian Riviera. Guests aboard Marella
Discovery 2 will also enjoy a new stop in Syracuse, Italy, as part of the
‘Ionian Shores’ itinerary sailing from Dubrovnik, Croatia.
New Destinations in Albania and Italy
Marella Discovery 2 will be adults-only for the summer
2027 season, sailing from Dubrovnik for the first time. In addition to the
‘Ionian Shores’ itinerary, guests can choose from:

‘Greek Mystique’ – showcasing the best of the Greek islands.
·
‘Sail Three Seas’ – exploring the Aegean, Mediterranean and Adriatic
seas.
·
Sailings begin 6 May 2027.
·
Marella Explorer 2 Returns to Spanish Ports
·
The adults-only Marella Explorer 2 will homeport in Málaga, Spain, for
the first time in nearly a decade. Itineraries will
include:

‘Spirit of Spain’ – featuring a return to Mahon, Menorca.
·
‘Spanish Sights’ – with a revisit to Castellon, Spain.
·
Sailings begin 12 May 2027.
Wider Fleet Deployment
Other fleet plans for summer 2027 include:
·
Marella Discovery and Marella Voyager homeporting from Palma, Majorca.
·
Marella Explorer homeporting from Corfu.
Cruise & Stay Expansion
Marella Cruises is also expanding its popular Cruise
& Stay programme, adding 29 new hotels across Majorca, Croatia, Corfu and
Spain, in addition to the 121 already available. Guests can combine cruises
with land stays, departing from 21 airports across the UK and Republic of
Ireland.

All-Inclusive as Standard
Marella Cruises continues to offer all-inclusive as
standard, with all tips and service charges included in the fare. Prices for
the summer 2027 ‘Ionian Shores’ itineraries start from £1,930, with bookings
opening 16 October 2025.
