The
Emirates Group has launched a large-scale global recruitment campaign, ramping
up efforts to support its next phase of remarkable growth. Over the current
financial year, the aviation giant plans to onboard more than 17,300 new
employees—comparable to the size of a mid-sized town or the seating capacity of
58 Airbus A350s—across 350 distinct roles.
These
positions span the entire spectrum of operations within Emirates, the world’s
largest and most profitable international airline, and dnata, a global leader
in air and travel services. Hundreds of new hires are needed in key areas
including cabin crew, pilots, engineers, commercial and sales, customer
service, ground handling, catering, IT, HR, and finance. dnata alone is seeking
over 4,000 new professionals for its cargo, catering, and ground operations
teams.
HH
Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive, Emirates
Airline & Group, stated:
“The
Emirates Group’s people strategy is closely aligned with Dubai’s Economic
Agenda D33 and our own ambitious plans for growth and innovation. We’re looking
for world-class talent to help us redefine the future of aviation and continue
our culture of excellence. This is a chance for skilled professionals to become
part of our journey and contribute to our success story.”
Throughout
2025, the Group will host over 2,100 recruitment events and open days in 150
cities to attract top talent—especially pilots, IT experts, engineers, and
cabin crew. The campaign also includes dedicated events in Dubai to engage with
Emirati students and graduates. These sessions offer candidates the chance to
interact directly with experienced recruiters and current team members.
Since
2022, the Emirates Group has hired over 41,000 professionals, nearly 27,000 of
whom have taken on operational roles. Today, the Group boasts a workforce of
121,000 people.
Emirates
has long been considered a top global employer, known for its powerful brand,
international reputation, employee-centric approach, tax-free salaries,
world-class benefits, and robust training and recognition programmes. In the
last financial year alone, the Group received over 3.7 million applications
across its brands and departments.
Professionals
from around the world are drawn to Dubai for its safety, stability, economic
opportunities, cutting-edge infrastructure, forward-looking policies, and
vibrant lifestyle.
