World Travel Market London has today announced Trip.com Group, leading global travel service provider, as their Official Technology Partner at this year’s show taking place from 5-7th November at Excel London.

Boon Sian Chai, Managing Director and Vice President, International Markets, Trip.com Group, will deliver a keynote address at the Technology Summit on the event’s opening day, Tuesday, 5th November.

His presentation, “How User-Centric Travel Tech is Shaping the Future of Travel”, will take place from 11:20am – 11:40am on the Purple Stage. This keynote will explore how Trip.com Group is utilising AI-driven innovations to create frictionless travel experiences and enhance customer engagement for a connected trip.

Successful initiatives include Trip.Best, an AI-driven tool that provides personalized hotels, destination and experiences recommendations based on over 100 million user reviews. WTM London’s newly appointed technology advisor, Timothy O’Neil-Dunne, will conduct the interview on stage.
