Tourexpi
The
new properties – Hotel Indigo Jeddah Gate, InterContinental Al Khobar Al Hamra,
and voco Al Khobar Al Andalus – will add over 1,700 rooms to IHG’s portfolio,
supporting the Kingdom’s tourism goals under Saudi Vision 2030.
The
hotels, set to open between 2028 and 2030, will be managed by IHG, reinforcing
its presence in key cities.
InterContinental
Al Khobar Al Hamra will offer 326 luxury rooms adjacent to the upscale Al
Shubaily Grand Mall, targeting both business and leisure travelers.
voco
Al Khobar Al Andalus will feature 717 rooms, blending premium hospitality with
the brand’s unique character, conveniently located near the Corniche.
Hotel
Indigo Jeddah Gate will have 700 rooms within a dynamic mixed-use development,
close to Jeddah’s historic Al Balad District, catering to modern,
lifestyle-focused guests.

IHG
currently operates 45 hotels across six brands in Saudi Arabia and plans to
open 49 more within the next three to five years.
