Spark by Hilton, Hilton’s latest premium economy brand, ignites with its first mainland Europe opening in Stuttgart, following country firsts for the brand in Canada and the UK, while Hampton by Hilton enters its fifth continent with its first opening in Africa. From a new rooftop experience at Hilton Barra Rio de Janeiro to the introduction of Starlight Patios with firepits on first-floor suites in Sedona, Hilton is debuting stunning renovations this season.

Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok Riverside

Now Open

Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok Riverside is connected to ICONSIAM, offering seamless access to one of Bangkok’s mega-lifestyle malls which opened in 2018. Ideally located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, guests can access this dynamic part of the city on boats and water taxis that offer a backdrop of stunning temples, palaces, and historic landmarks. Situated just a 10-minute walk from the pier, the hotel offers convenient access to a variety of leisure attractions, retail malls, and trendy food and beverage options available along the Chao Phraya River Express Boat route. The hotel features 241 well-appointed rooms, along with an all-day restaurant and three spacious meeting rooms with glass windows, allowing a flood of natural light. Guests looking to unwind can enjoy the fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool.  

Beach Village at The Del and Shore House at The Del, LXR Hotels & Resorts

LXR Hotels & Resorts will expand its West Coast footprint with the addition of Beach Village at The Del and Shore House at The Del, located within San Diego’s legendary Hotel del Coronado, one of the most famous resorts in the United States dating back to 1888. Beach Village at The Del welcomes guests to picture-perfect private beachfront cottages and villas just steps away from pristine golden sand beaches, while Shore House at The Del is a boutique luxury oceanfront resort offering captivating views, sophisticated amenities and indulgent experiences crafted for moments of togetherness and social connection via poolside cabanas, a seaside living room bistro and more. Both properties offer distinct, exclusive, and elegant residential-style accommodations that elevate guest journeys at Hotel del Coronado, accentuated by activities and immersive experiences—from an invigorating swim overlooking the Pacific Ocean, to sunrise yoga and riding the waves during magical sunsets, to world-class dining that showcases the freshest ingredients in Southern California and beyond. Shore House and Beach Village are part of the Hotel del Coronado evolution that includes a more than $550 million dollar restoration by Blackstone Real Estate, intended to preserve the resort’s history and legacy, while enhancing its cultural connectivity, and cementing a place for future generations of guests to enjoy this iconic destination for decades to come.

The Printing House Hotel Downtown Nashville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Anticipated Opening Date: October 2024

Building on Hilton’s impressive footprint in Nashville, The Printing House Hotel Downtown Nashville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton will soon offer guests a unique stay steps away from the city’s top attractions. Inspired by Nashville’s rich printing history, the hotel pays homage to Music City’s past through elevated design, comfortable guest rooms and authentic experiences. Guests can enjoy the property’s terrace with gorgeous views of Downtown Nashville and enjoy a bite to eat at the on-site cafe. Four-legged friends will also be welcomed at The Printing House. 

Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown

Anticipated Opening Date: October 2024

The brand’s first property in North Carolina, Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown is designed for guests seeking to maintain their routine while traveling. With comfortable bedding, Bluetooth mirror with speakers and Apotheke bathroom amenities, Tempo Raleigh guest rooms are designed with the wellness-conscious guest in mind. Food & beverage offerings include the brand’s signature Moonsong Cafe & Lounge developed in partnership with Bluestone Lane and Urban Oak, the hotel’s rooftop bar. Pelotons can also be found on-site, both in the state-of-the-art fitness center and in Tempo Wellness Rooms. 

Hilton Frankfurt Gravenbruch

Anticipated Opening Date: October 2024

Description: The 225-room hotel is set in 10-hectares of peaceful grounds with beautiful gardens and a lake. Hilton Frankfurt Gravenbruch also has an impressive range of leisure and spa facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, multiple saunas, seven treatment rooms, a gym and two tennis courts. With elements that date back over 400 years, the property itself is situated within a 15-minute drive from some of the city’s most frequented locations, including the city center, main train station and Frankfurt International Airport. The location provides ease for travelers who are wanting to explore, while also giving them the opportunity to enjoy the peace and tranquility that the hotel and its surroundings have to offer.  

Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Downtown

Anticipated Opening Date: November 2024

Description: Designed to cultivate connection and productivity, Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Downtown offers an ideal setting for corporate events and special moments in downtown Raleigh. The perfect home base for exploration, popular sights including the North Carolina State Capitol, Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts, and historic City Market, are all within a half mile of the hotel. During a stay, guests can enjoy over 3,400 square feet of meeting space and a rooftop bar and restaurant overlooking downtown.

Hampton by Hilton Sandton Grayston

Anticipated Opening Date: November 2024

Description: Hampton by Hilton Grayston Sandton marks the brand debut of Hampton by Hilton in Africa. Located in Johannesburg, the property will feature 158 thoughtfully designed guest rooms, a welcome zone, fitness area and an outdoor pool. 

Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi

Anticipated Opening Date: November 2024

Description: Overlooking the River Nile, Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi will be located within five kilometers of Cairo’s most popular attractions, including the Church of the Virgin Mary, Hanging Church, the Museum of Egyptian Civilization, and the Coptic Museum. Cairo International Airport CAI is 28 km away. The hotel will offer several restaurants and bars, a full-service spa, an outdoor pool, and a fitness centre. 

Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown

Anticipated Opening Date: December 2024

Description: The first Canopy by Hilton in South Dakota, the 216-room Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown, is expected to open in early fall 2024 in The Steel District next to historic Falls Park and Levitt Outdoor Amphitheater. Overlooking the river, the property offers an on-site restaurant with patio, and is perfect for hosting meetings and events, featuring nearly 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom that can host up to 750 guests. The hotel is within walking distance to nearby attractions, museums, local art galleries and eateries and guests can also explore downtown Sioux Falls with the property’s complimentary Canopy bikes. 

DoubleTree by Hilton Mangroovy El Gouna Resort

Anticipated Opening Date: Q4 2024

Description: Set in the modern resort town on the coast of the Red Sea, DoubleTree by Hilton Mangroovy El Gouna will offer guests a year-round modern urban resort experience in a prime location with access to a private sandy beach and family-friendly facilities. Guests will have a variety of activities to choose from in the surrounding area, including kite surfing as El Gouna is known for excellent wind conditions for all levels of kitesurfers. Known for its sandy beaches and lagoons, El Gouna will provide guests with a sunny retreat by the glistening sea.

Spark by Hilton Stuttgart Sindelfingen

Anticipated Opening Date: By end of year 

Description: This opening will mark the entry of Hilton’s industry-disrupting premium economy brand to mainland Europe. Spark by Hilton Stuttgart Sindelfingen is a 103-room property ideal for guests looking to maximize the value of their travel budget without compromising on quality. The hotel will deliver friendly essentials with unexpected touches, as well as Spark’s signature amenities, such as bright guest rooms and bathrooms; a daily breakfast buffet with premium coffee, juice and bagels; signature Hydration Cart and a 24-hour hour retail market, where on-the-go travellers can purchase food, drinks and other essentials. The hotel will be located in the city of Sindelfingen, home to a prominent Mercedes-Benz plant and the Mercedes-Benz Museum. Located just 16 minutes from Stuttgart Airport, the hotel is also a 3-minute walk from Sindelfingen's train station, a short journey from Stuttgart’s main train station.

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City Downtown

Renovations Completed: July 2024

Description: DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City Downtown has completed an extensive renovation, including a redesigned atrium, lobby, guest rooms, fitness center, and indoor pool. The 241 all-suite rooms feature geometric carpeting, custom artwork inspired by Salt Lake City, and upgraded kitchen amenities. The hotel’s restaurant, Red Beryl Kitchen, and bar, Red Beryl Bar, offer locally driven food and beverage concepts, adding to the hotel's transformation into a social hub for business and leisure travelers alike.

Hilton Bali Resort

Renovations Completed: August 2024

Description: Hilton Bali Resort has expanded its prestigious collection of dining venues with the launch of Elara, a new adults-only seaside lounge and bar inspired by the timeless allure of the Mediterranean. Elara’s debut completes the resort’s comprehensive renovation, which also includes refreshed accommodations, a vibrant kids' club and versatile event spaces. Perched on a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean, Elara invites guests to escape to a world of sun-kissed shores where time stands still. The menu features classic Mediterranean dishes highlighting the region's renowned focus on wellness and nutritious, flavorful cuisine. Those looking for a more intimate dining experience can enjoy their meals indoors, where the restaurant’s interiors center on an olive tree, symbolizing renewal and rejuvenation, and comprise light wood and natural fabrics to recreate Greece’s effortless idyll.

Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront

Description: Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront, located 15 minutes from Port Canaveral and 25 minutes from Kennedy Space Center, has undergone a multimillion-dollar renovation featuring a refreshed lobby with sandy hues and ocean-inspired artwork that captures the essence of coastal living. Guests can relax in newly renovated guest rooms with soothing blue tones and local surfing photography or enjoy the hotel's beachfront dining venues with refreshed menu concepts. New amenities include a redesigned pool area with fire pits, and a surf-inspired lounge.

Hilton Barra Rio de Janeiro

Renovations Completed: September 2024

Description: Hilton Barra Rio de Janeiro debuted a new rooftop experience in September. Rio Rooftop & Lounge is a cozy, modern charming bistro that combines art from renowned artists, local products and a menu inspired by Brazilian and French cuisines. 

Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill

Renovations Completed: Q3 2024

Description: This fall, Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill marked the completion of their public spaces renovation, including a modern, sleek design to the hotel’s lobby and one of its dining venues, Federal City Bar, to transform the spaces into a vibrant guest experience. In addition to being steps away from the US Capitol Building, guests will enjoy being within walking distance from many of the nation’s historical landmarks. The property is proudly the only hotel that offers rooms with a direct view of the US Capitol and offers more than 19,000 square feet in event space including a large ballroom and skylight-filled atrium, perfect for meetings, weddings and events.

Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock

Renovations Completed: Q3 2024

Description: Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock has completed a multimillion-dollar renovation to its 221-room property. Designed by EOA Group, the 10-month project included a complete guest room renovation, including an expansion of living rooms in suites and luxury case goods and furniture throughout every room. The renovation included the addition of 60 new Starlight Patios for suites on the first floor, featuring a 36” fire bowl. For those attending a meeting or event, guests will enjoy the remodeled 4,000-square-foot Tequa Ballroom.

Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa

Renovation to be Completed: Q4 2024

Description: Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa is currently undergoing a soft refurbishment to refresh its villas. The walls have been painted with a whitewash and redecorated to create a lighter, more airy ambiance. Located 7 kilometres from Victoria on Mahé Island, Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa is an adult-only resort offering an unrivalled sanctuary with uninterrupted tranquillity and privacy. Every stay promises an enchanting experience, with 56 private cliffside villas adorned with balconies that unveil awe-inspiring views of the majestic Indian Ocean and the famous Beau Vallon beach. Boasting the only gin bar in Seychelles and exceptional dining moments, guests can savour authentic Creole flavours at Mahé Restaurant and dine al fresco at Wave. Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport

Renovations Completed: 2024

Description: Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport, which is directly connected to O’Hare International Airport via an underground walkway, introduced a new fitness center with over 3,200 square feet of dedicated wellness space, inviting guests to keep up their routine when on the road. Amenities include a dedicated yoga + Pilates station; a Hilton virtual training center featuring dedicated flat-screen TVs for connectivity to 1:1 sessions; Peloton Bikes, ellipticals and treadmills for cardio lovers; and for strength training enthusiasts, a variety of equipment and free weights from 5 lbs - 65 lbs. Additionally, the property unveiled its new Coleman Ballroom, featuring over 8,400 square feet of flexible space, increasing the hotel’s event footprint to over 53,000 square feet.
