HBX Group has introduced a new package booking solution through Bedsonline+, its platform for travel advisors. Available in the United States and Canada since 26 October 2026, the service enables advisors to book flights, accommodation and travel experiences together rather than arranging individual components through separate suppliers. The offering is powered by PerfectStay, HBX Group's specialist brand for packaged travel.
The new solution combines a selection of three- to five-star hotels with flights from multiple airlines and additional travel experiences. Accommodation and transport can be booked as ready-made packages, with flight options ranging from standard travel to business class. The service is intended to simplify the sale of multi-component holidays while broadening the range of products available to travel advisors.
A central feature is its integration into the existing Bedsonline+ platform. Advisors do not need additional credentials or a separate onboarding process to access the packages. Instead, they can incorporate the new products into their established booking workflows. The launch follows the recent introduction of Bedsonline+ and forms part of HBX Group's strategy to consolidate complementary travel services within its distribution ecosystem.
Package commissions and booking support
The new offering provides travel advisors with an additional source of revenue through commissions on the complete package, including flights. HBX Group is introducing a dedicated launch commission, although the company has not disclosed a specific rate.
By combining the different travel components within a single booking process, Bedsonline+ aims to reduce the administrative work involved in creating individual holiday packages. Advisors can select from preassembled products without having to negotiate separately with airlines, accommodation providers and other suppliers.
The service also includes round-the-clock customer support and booking protection provided through PerfectStay. These features are intended to give advisors a central point of assistance when handling package reservations and related customer enquiries.
For travel agencies, the integration represents an opportunity to expand beyond accommodation-only bookings and offer a broader range of holiday products through an existing distribution relationship.
European rollout scheduled for October
Following its initial introduction in the United States and Canada, Bedsonline+ Packages is scheduled to become available to travel advisors in the United Kingdom, Spain and France later in October 2026.
The expansion will extend the new booking capabilities to three important European travel distribution markets. Advisors in these countries are expected to gain access to the same integrated package model, combining accommodation, flights and experiences within the Bedsonline+ environment.
For HBX Group, the launch represents a further step in developing its travel distribution marketplace. By integrating PerfectStay's packaging capabilities into Bedsonline+, the company is seeking to increase the range of services available to travel advisors while making greater use of the specialist businesses within its portfolio.
The initiative also reflects a broader distribution approach in which travel technology providers bring accommodation, transport and destination experiences together within unified booking systems. For participating agencies, the practical benefit lies in being able to sell more components of a client's journey without moving between multiple platforms.
