South Korean travel technology company Yanolja is strengthening its presence in the Asia-Pacific market with a joint presentation of its hospitality technology and accommodation distribution businesses at ITB Asia 2026. The trade show takes place from 21 to 23 October at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore, bringing together travel suppliers, technology providers, tourism organisations and distribution partners from across the region.
Two subsidiaries will represent the group: Yanolja Cloud Solution (YCS), which specialises in hotel management technology, and Yanolja Go Global (YGG), which focuses on international B2B accommodation distribution. Their combined presence reflects Yanolja's strategy of connecting hotel operations with global sales channels. While YCS will demonstrate artificial intelligence applications designed to automate everyday hotel processes, YGG will introduce its rebranded business to Asian industry partners.
The exhibition comes as technology providers increasingly seek to integrate hotel management systems, automated guest services and distribution platforms. For hotels, such solutions can reduce administrative workloads and improve access to international markets. For travel agencies and accommodation wholesalers, the emphasis is on efficient connectivity, broader hotel inventories and reliable booking processes. Yanolja intends to use the Singapore event to establish additional partnerships across Asia-Pacific.
AI Concierge automates hotel operations
Yanolja Cloud Solution, formerly known as eZee Technosys, will present its integrated hospitality technology platform under the theme of preparing hotels for future operational requirements.
A central feature is the company's AI Concierge, which uses specialised artificial intelligence agents connected to the YCS property management system. According to Yanolja, the technology can handle operational tasks associated with guest check-in, room service and payments.
By linking these functions directly to hotel management software, the company aims to reduce the need for separate systems and repetitive manual processes. The approach is particularly relevant for properties seeking to introduce automation without replacing their entire operational infrastructure.
YCS will also offer consultations for hotel operators interested in adopting its broader technology portfolio. CEO Aeijaz Sodawala is scheduled to attend the exhibition and meet industry partners to discuss digital transformation strategies for the Asian hospitality sector.
The company will use these discussions to explore how automation and integrated software can support different types of accommodation businesses, from independent hotels to larger hospitality groups.
Yanolja Go Global expands its Asian presence
Alongside the technology presentation, Yanolja Go Global will formally introduce its new brand to the Asian travel industry. The company completed its rebranding in 2025 and will exhibit together with STUBA, a member of the YGG group.
YGG operates in the B2B accommodation distribution market, connecting hotel inventory with travel agencies, tour operators and online travel retailers. Its services include global accommodation supply, API and XML connectivity, and support adapted to regional market requirements.
The business draws on 26 years of industry experience and a network spanning 29 locations worldwide. Through this infrastructure, YGG aims to help travel distributors access international accommodation products while supporting hotels seeking additional sales opportunities.
For travel agencies and tour operators, the availability of accommodation inventory through established technical interfaces can simplify booking workflows and reduce the need to manage numerous individual supplier relationships.
YGG's participation in ITB Asia is therefore focused not only on brand visibility but also on developing commercial relationships with distributors and accommodation partners throughout the region.
Combining technology and international distribution
Yanolja's joint exhibition highlights two complementary parts of the hospitality business: the systems used to manage hotel operations and the platforms through which accommodation is sold internationally.
Junyoung Lee, President of Yanolja Enterprise Solutions, described the exhibition as an opportunity to demonstrate these capabilities together.
“ITB Asia gives us the opportunity to present two strengths side by side: YCS's technology, which helps automate hotel operations, and YGG's global infrastructure, which drives international travel distribution,” Lee said.
The group plans to build on its international network, artificial intelligence capabilities and data-driven services to deepen cooperation with travel businesses worldwide.
ITB Asia provides an established setting for these discussions. First held in Singapore in 2008, the annual B2B event has developed into a major meeting point for the region's travel industry. According to figures cited by Yanolja, the 2025 edition attracted more than 1,000 exhibitors and over 18,000 industry professionals.
Both YCS and YGG will be represented at booth B140 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre during the three-day exhibition.
For Yanolja, the event offers access to hotel operators, travel retailers and technology partners in one of the world's most diverse travel markets. Its emphasis on operational automation and accommodation distribution reflects the growing importance of connected technology systems throughout the hospitality value chain.
