Delta has been named one of Glassdoor’s 2026 Top 100
Best Places to Work, standing out as the only airline included in the ranking.
It marks the ninth time the company has appeared on the list, which is based on
anonymous reviews from employees and broader economic data.
Glassdoor’s annual ranking reflects how people
experience their workplace from the inside. For 2026, Delta employees
highlighted leadership that supports individual success, strong career
development opportunities and a culture defined by teamwork and mutual respect.
Employee feedback at the core
The recognition is rooted in direct feedback from
Delta’s workforce. According to Glassdoor, employees pointed to a sense of
belonging and support, as well as opportunities to grow professionally within
the company.
“This recognition means so much because it comes
directly from our people,” said Lisa Blackmon, Managing Director, Global Talent
Acquisition. “At Delta, we’re intentional about creating a workplace where
every employee can build a career they’re proud of, feel supported and know
they belong.”
Investment in people and careers
Delta’s approach includes ongoing investment in its
employees through profit sharing, comprehensive healthcare, mental health
resources and family-building support. Additional benefits such as unlimited
standby travel privileges and a wide range of career and training opportunities
are designed to support both personal and professional development.
By combining these investments with a workplace
culture centered on support and collaboration, Delta continues to distinguish
itself within the aviation industry. The 2026 Glassdoor recognition underscores
the airline’s long-term focus on creating an environment where employees feel
valued and empowered.
