Aruba Fashion Week will celebrate its tenth anniversary from November 19 to 22, 2026, bringing together international designers, emerging talent and fashion industry professionals for four days of runway shows and networking events. This year's edition will take place in partnership with Iberostar, with Tierra del Sol by Iberostar hosting the main fashion presentations and JOIA Aruba by Iberostar serving as the event's official accommodation partner.
Under the theme Winds of Fashion, the anniversary edition draws inspiration from Aruba's distinctive coastal environment and prevailing trade winds. The main runway shows are scheduled for November 20 and 21 at Tierra del Sol, where the island's rugged northern coastline and panoramic ocean views will provide the setting for the collections.
Beyond the fashion industry, the event highlights Aruba's efforts to connect international cultural events with its tourism and hospitality offering. The collaboration brings together event venues, luxury accommodation and leisure facilities, creating opportunities for visitors to explore the destination alongside the fashion programme. For the island's tourism sector, such events offer an additional reason to travel beyond traditional beach holidays.
Caribbean Designers Take Centre Stage
Over the past decade, Aruba Fashion Week has developed into a platform connecting international fashion brands, established designers and emerging creative talent. Its anniversary edition will continue that approach while placing particular emphasis on the island's own fashion community.
Local designers Elisa Lejuez and Maison Ryon are among the announced participants. The event will also highlight the contributions of Aruban models, production teams and other creative professionals, giving regional talent opportunities to engage with an international audience.
Tierra del Sol by Iberostar will provide the setting for the runway presentations. The property occupies a coastal location in northern Aruba and features the island's only 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones II. Covering nearly 600 acres, the golf facilities are complemented by dining venues including The Birdie restaurant and the 19th Hole Bar.
The venue's combination of outdoor spaces, coastal scenery and leisure facilities allows the fashion programme to extend beyond the runway, incorporating opportunities for professional networking and informal gatherings.
Luxury Hospitality Supports the Anniversary Programme
JOIA Aruba by Iberostar, situated near Eagle Beach, has been designated the official accommodation host for visiting designers, fashion professionals and event guests. The five-star resort offers ocean-view suites, spa facilities, restaurants and bars, including a rooftop venue overlooking the sea.
The partnership builds on an existing relationship between the hotel and Aruba Fashion Week. During the 2025 edition, JOIA Aruba hosted runway shows and related activities, establishing a connection that will continue through the anniversary celebrations.
For the 2026 event, the division of responsibilities between Tierra del Sol and JOIA Aruba will provide separate venues for the fashion presentations and accommodation. Both properties will also introduce visitors to different aspects of Aruba's tourism offering, from its northern coastal landscape to the beaches and resort facilities around Eagle Beach.
The organisers are positioning the anniversary as an opportunity to strengthen connections between Caribbean creativity and the international fashion industry. For Aruba, the event also illustrates how cultural programming and hospitality partnerships can contribute to the diversification of the island's visitor experiences.
Aruba Fashion Week 2026 is scheduled for November 19–22, with the principal runway presentations taking place on November 20 and 21. JOIA Aruba by Iberostar is offering event-related accommodation arrangements, including a dedicated promotional booking code for visitors attending the anniversary edition.
