The recommended locations range from India’s spiritual centres to the pristine islands of Southeast Asia, providing opportunities for both beginners and experienced practitioners to combine travel, wellness and cultural discovery.

Wellness travel continues to gain popularity as more travellers seek meaningful experiences that nurture both body and mind.
