RIU Hotels & Resorts has launched a new mobile
application for members of the RIU Partner Club, its exclusive loyalty
programme for retail travel agents. With the new app, the hotel group aims to
further digitalise the programme and strengthen its relationship with travel
professionals, one of the company’s most important distribution partners.
The application is now available for download on iOS
and Android devices via the App Store and Google Play. It has been designed to
allow travel agents to manage bookings, track loyalty points and access key
programme features directly from their mobile devices.
Mobile tool designed for faster and more efficient
booking management
The launch responds to increasing demand from travel
professionals for faster and more efficient digital tools. With the new app,
agents can manage their daily activity more comfortably, quickly and securely
while on the move.
The application simplifies the process of registering
sales and booking personal stays, making transactions faster and easier. At the
same time, it gives users immediate access to their booking history and loyalty
points balance, allowing them to monitor their activity in real time.
Through the programme, agents earn points for each
booking made with RIU Hotels & Resorts. These points can be redeemed for
complimentary stays at RIU properties. As long as accounts remain active and
sales continue to be registered regularly, the accumulated points do not
expire.
Loyalty programme with a global community of travel
agents
RIU Partner Club is one of the most established
loyalty programmes for travel agents in the hospitality sector. With more than
30 years of history, the programme has developed into a global network that
currently includes over 100,000 active members across 139 countries.
The launch of the new mobile application marks another
step in RIU’s efforts to support travel professionals with digital solutions
that simplify their work while rewarding their loyalty to the brand.
