A new lifestyle hotel has opened in Lima’s Miraflores
district with the debut of Humano, Lima, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. The
property marks the brand’s first presence in the Peruvian capital and aims to
connect travelers with the creative atmosphere and local character of the
neighborhood.
Located in one of Lima’s most vibrant districts, the
hotel welcomes both visitors and residents into a space designed around
everyday experiences, local culture and personal interaction. The concept
reflects Tribute Portfolio’s independent-minded hospitality approach,
emphasizing authentic moments and connections with the surrounding community.
“Humano opens as a place where guests can experience
Lima from a genuine and local perspective, with hospitality that feels natural
and personalized. We want every visitor to feel part of the community and every
stay to become a meaningful moment,” said Ricardo Echeverri, Vice President,
Owner & Franchise Services for Marriott International in the Caribbean and
Latin America.
157 rooms designed for different travel styles
The hotel offers 157 guestrooms in several categories,
including Superior King, Superior Twin, Junior Suite and Signature Suite, as
well as family-friendly options. The rooms are designed to accommodate a
variety of travel styles, from short city breaks to extended business and
leisure stays.
Social spaces inspired by Miraflores
Humano’s public areas are conceived as extensions of
the neighborhood itself. Spaces such as the rooftop grill restaurant Entrañable
and Café de Lima encourage guests to gather and interact in a relaxed setting.
Additional facilities include a rooftop swimming pool,
wellness offerings and flexible event spaces, positioning the hotel as a social
hub for both locals and international visitors.
Personalized service with a local perspective
The hotel team focuses on a personalized service
approach, getting to know guests and offering recommendations that highlight
lesser-known parts of Lima. The aim is to help visitors explore the city from a
local perspective while creating a welcoming and familiar atmosphere throughout
their stay.
Humano, Lima, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is part of
Marriott Bonvoy, Marriott International’s global loyalty program. Members can
earn and redeem points for stays at this property and at more than 10,000
destinations worldwide, while the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app offers digital
services such as mobile check-in and contactless travel features.
