Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has once more been ranked the No. 1
World’s Best Workplace by Fortune and Great Place to Work. To mark the
achievement, the company has released new research highlighting how employee
experience directly shapes consumer trust, satisfaction, and purchasing
decisions.
Consumers value brands that care for their people
According to a Morning Consult survey commissioned by
Hilton:

78% of U.S. consumers believe companies that treat employees well
deliver better products and services.
·
88% say this matters especially for travel and hospitality brands.
·
75% are more likely to recommend a company known for strong employee
care.
·
Internally, Hilton’s own data reflects similar sentiments among its
workforce:
·
93% of team members say Hilton is a great place to work.
·
91% feel they can continue learning and growing.
·
87% believe they can achieve their long-term career goals at Hilton.
·
Nearly two-thirds of leadership roles were filled internally, with
first-time U.S. managers promoted within an average of four years.
·
85% feel balanced and healthy at work.

“This milestone goes beyond rankings – it reflects who
we are,” said Chris Nassetta, President and CEO. “When we take great care of
our people, they take great care of our guests. That purpose has guided Hilton

Expanding opportunities worldwide
Hilton’s global growth continues to drive job
creation. Over the last year, the company has opened nearly three hotels per
day, adding almost 20,000 team members in managed, franchised and corporate
roles. Since 2022, Hilton has created more than 2.5 million learning, training,
