influences. From Balinese-infused eggnog and miso-marinated holiday dishes to
Filipino-style roasts and Vietnamese takes on winter ingredients, each hotel

Singapore – East Meets West at Hilton Singapore

Manila – A Filipino Feast at Hilton Manila
Hilton Manila’s “Filipino Bundle” gathers classic
dishes such as roasted chicken, beef morcon, and pancit habhab, ending with
traditional leche flan. The bundle is priced at PHP 4,500 and supports local
farmers through sustainably sourced ingredients.
Da Nang – A Vietnamese Winter at Hilton Da Nang
The Winter’s Tale Set Menu blends global holiday
flavours with Vietnamese techniques — from Abalone in Chinese Herbs to French
Duck Breast with truffle-orange reduction. Priced at VND 990,000 NET per person
for 24–25 December.
Saigon – A Season to Shine at Hilton Saigon
Festive menus reinterpret winter dishes with local
pairings—Đà Lạt herbs, Long An duck, Vietnamese cacao—and feature a tropical
twist on mulled wine. Menus start from VND 450,000 in December.
Bali – Tropical Eggnog at Conrad Bali
The Conrad Eggnog mixes Balinese arak with traditional
spices and palm sugar, available 1–25 December at IDR 195,000++. Special
festive dinners at Eight Degrees South round out the celebrations.
Bandung – Chocolate Takes Center Stage at Hilton
Bandung
The Bandung Chocolate Festival honours Indonesia’s
cacao heritage with tasting menus, chocolate workshops, omakase experiences,
and a year-end celebration. Prices start from IDR 350,000 nett.
Jakarta – A Holiday Set Menu at DoubleTree by Hilton
Jakarta
Sea Grain’s Family Set Menu includes
Indonesian-inspired Beef Wellington, Chicken Ballotine with East Java
cranberries, and Lombok grouper. Available exclusively on 24 December for IDR
1,688,000++ for four guests.

Hilton Sweets introduces a new theme, “Savor Christmas
Ornaments,” transforming traditional holiday motifs into edible art across
participating hotels in Japan.
Niseko – A Hokkaido Signature at Hilton Niseko Village
The Niseko Miso Cheesecake blends Tokachi cream
cheese, yuzu, and miso crumble for a sweet–umami balance. Available from JPY
1,500 at the hotel’s pop-up.
