Radisson Hotel Group has signed an agreement with
developer Groß & Partner to open a Radisson Collection hotel at FOUR
Frankfurt, one of Europe's largest mixed-use developments. Scheduled to open in
the third quarter of 2027, the property will occupy the landmark 173-metre T2
tower and become the second Radisson Collection hotel in Germany, following the
brand's debut in Berlin.
Strategic expansion in a key European business hub
The signing strengthens Radisson Hotel Group's
presence in Germany and reinforces its expansion strategy in major
international gateway cities. Located in the heart of Frankfurt, the hotel will
benefit from close proximity to the city's financial district, trade fair
venues, luxury shopping and public transport connections.
"FOUR Frankfurt represents a landmark addition to
the Radisson Collection portfolio and perfectly embodies our brand promise to
our guests and owners. As one of Europe’s most significant and bold mixed-use
developments, it offers an exceptional opportunity to create a distinctive
lifestyle luxury experience in the heart of Frankfurt. This signing reinforces
our long-term confidence in Frankfurt and the German market, while further
strengthening Radisson Collection’s position in key gateway cities across the
world," said Elie Younes, Executive Vice President & Global Chief
Development Officer at Radisson Hotel Group.
Luxury accommodation in the T2 tower
The hotel will feature 189 rooms and suites located on
floors 11 to 19, offering floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the
Frankfurt skyline. Facilities will include a lobby lounge and bar on the ground
floor, a restaurant and bar with approximately 135 seats on the first floor,
and a fitness centre.
The interior concept, developed by Radisson Hotel
Group's in-house design and architecture team in Madrid, is titled "Urban
Layers". Inspired by Frankfurt's historic architecture, financial
district, cultural scene and skyline, the design combines warm neutral colours,
mineral tones, premium materials and layered lighting.
Part of a sustainable mixed-use development
FOUR Frankfurt combines offices, residential space,
retail, restaurants and hospitality across four towers in one of the city's
most central locations. The development has received DGNB Platinum
precertification and serves as a pilot project under the DGNB "Vertical
Cities" framework. Sustainability features include geothermal energy
systems, smart digital monitoring, biodiversity initiatives and more than 2,300
bicycle parking spaces.
With the addition of the Radisson Collection hotel,
the development will further expand its international hospitality offering
while bringing new dining venues and visitor facilities to the district.
Since its launch in 2018, the Radisson Collection
brand has grown to nearly 70 hotels worldwide, with a portfolio focused on
distinctive luxury properties in leading urban and leisure destinations.
